The following terms and conditions govern the use of this site. Please read all the terms
and conditions before accessing this site. These terms of use are a binding agreement
between you and StaffingGuru. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to use this
site. If you do not accept these terms of use, you may not use this site. The terms of use
may be modified periodically. Please check periodically to ensure that you are aware of the
latest terms of use. Your continued use of the site for periods after the modifications will
be conclusively deemed acceptance of any changes to the terms of use.
You agree to use the site and all of its contents solely at your own risk and on an as-is
basis. StaffingGuru hereby grants the users of the site a limited, terminable, non-exclusive
right to use the features of the site as a privilege. This right to use the site is not
transferable. StaffingGuru may at its own discretion allow or disallow any user the right
to access any area or content of the site at any time without giving any reason at any time.
StaffingGuru may suspend or terminate user's access at any time at its sole discretion
without giving any reason.
The users may not modify, reproduce, sell, publish, display or distribute any of the site
content including but not limited to text, graphics, images, site pages, business logic, layout, design,
for any commercial use. These are protected by copyright. All other elements on the site
are the trademarks of their respective owners.
StaffingGuru does not endorse any of the content on the site, and makes no representations or
guarantees regarding the effectiveness, continuity or timeliness of the site in meeting the
objectives of the users. StaffingGuru does not guarantee that postings by users will achieve
their desired objectives in terms of job placements or requirements fulfilled or otherwise,
and is not responsible for any employment decisions, for any reason by any user.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. STAFFINGGURU, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINDGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES'
RIGHTS. STAFFINGGURU MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CONTINUITY,
TIMELINESS OF THE SITE. STAFFINGGURU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL FUNCTION FREE OF
ERRORS OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES, OR ANY HARMFUL
ELEMENTS, AND STAFFINGGURU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SITUATIONS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF
THE SITE BY THE USERS. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY
NOT APPLY. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR STAFFINGGURU FOR ANY REASON
WHATSOEVER RELATED TO THE USER OF THIS SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF $100 US
DOLLARS.
All Postings and Content on StaffingGuru may be moderated. StaffingGuru solely reserves
the right to allow/disallow any postings or content. Users may see a time delay for their
postings to appear on the site. However due to the nature of the site, users may enter any
information on the site. StaffingGuru makes no representations or guarantees regarding the
authenticity, accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of any postings by the users.
StaffingGuru makes no representations or guarantees regarding any content of the site, including
but not limited to typographical errors, inaccuracies, missing or broken links or any other problems.
Users agree that using the site or any of its content will be at their own risk.
The users assume all risk and responsibility for the use of this site and the postings they
access or post or any actions related to the site. StaffingGuru (or any of its directors,
shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, agents or advertisers or partner companies or
agencies), in no event shall be liable for any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to
incidental and consequential damages, loss of profit or continuity of service, loss of data,
or loss of opportunities related to jobs or positions or prospective candidates) with the use
or inability to access, partly or fully, the site or any of its content. Additionally, the users
agree to hold StaffingGuru and all parties mentioned above harmless from any an all claims,
actions, demands, damages, legal and any other fees.
This agreement has been made in and will be construed and enforced in accordance with the law of
New Jersey. Any action to enforce this agreement will be brought in the courts presiding
in NJ, and all parties to this Agreement expressly agree to be subject to the
jurisdiction of such courts. This agreement does not constitute an agency relationship,
strategic alliance, partnership, employment or joint venture between the user and
StaffingGuru.
StaffingGuru makes no representation that the content of this site are available and
appropriate for use in other locations, or where it is illegal or prohibited. If the users
access any of the site content thereof, then it would be at their own violation and they
would be solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws.
User Postings may not contain any abuse or offensive, sexually explicit, obscene, defamatory language,
links or URLs to other sites (including your own), copyrighted material for which the user
is not the owner or does not have the user's permission to post, any content that causes an
infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property rights, or violates privacy
rights of others. Users may not post any incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading or false
information, advertisements, solicitations for business (including but not limited to phone, fax,
email, company information, address in the general content other than the appropriate fields).
Each posting should contain information pertaining to only one (1) position or candidate. Users
may not add multiple positions or candidate information in one (1) posting. StaffingGuru is
under no obligation to monitor the postings on the site, but may do so on a random basis. Any
postings violating or seeming inappropriate may be immediately discontinued. StaffingGuru reserves
the sole right to determine what is appropriate and what is not appropriate. Any communication
soliciting the employer's business is prohibited. Users may not send unsolicited commercial
email to other users. It is the user's responsibility to maintain their passwords. The users
are solely responsible for all uses regarding their account and registration, whether or not
authorized by them. Users agree to notify StaffingGuru immediately of any unauthorized use of
their registration or password. Additionally, users may also report inappropriate postings or
conduct to StaffingGuru.
The 90-Day Free Trial Offer or any other offer on the site is a privilege to the user.
StaffingGuru, at its sole discretion may withdraw and cancel or terminate the offer at
any time for any reason without giving any notice or reason whatsoever. This is not a right of
the user.
Users are prohibited from violating (or attempting to violate) the site security, including but
not limited to accessing restricted data, attempts to breach the security or functioning of the
site, submitting any virus or harmful elements to the site, overloading, crashing the site,
sending unsolicited email, forging any TCP/IP headers or any other headers, system or network
security. Violation may result in civil or criminal liability.
